Our Project Assessment Lite service provides a flexible option to complete smaller sized assessments that quickly review and uncover areas of concern. The assessment includes recommendations based on scope and is typically completed within 2 to 3 weeks. Options range from a project health check which can broadly cover many areas, to a focused review for a particular workstream, like testing. We can help to determine assessment needs based on your project’s unique concerns.
Project Life Cycle Lite
Our Project Life Cycle Lite service provides a flexible option to provide ERP project management expertise and guidance at varying levels of engagement. Ideally, we would lead or co-partner through the assessment phase allowing us to create a strategic rescue plan. We can then transition to internal team members and move into an active and meaningful oversight role. We can help to determine project management needs based on your project's unique circumstances.
